Yoga Teacher Training has never been better. You will learn Vinyasa flow, power yoga, slow flow yoga, develop a consistent meditation practice, learn how to do private yoga sessions, how to format and run classes, off-site classes, how manage your practice while you teach. Learn how to host special events, such as yoga parties. Our teacher training includes a silent retreat, in-depth Meditation, Anatomy Pranayama, Hatha, Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, all ages, learn to practice consistently. Learn how work with small groups, diverse populations and use skills and tools to develop solid, therapeutic classes. Our training helps you to go beyond the average, and be extraordinary.

Techniques, Training and Practice (TTP)
Topics in this category could include, but are not limited to: asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation and other traditional yoga techniques. These hours must be a mix between: 1) analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques, and 2) guided practice of the techniques themselves. Both areas must receive substantial emphasis.
Pranayama (Breath Exercise)
Coverage of pranayama (breath exercises) includes an in-depth personal practice of breath work. Learn to lead pranayama as part of a yoga class and as a stand alone mindfulness practice. “There is a very direct relationship between breath rate, mood state, and autonomic nervous system state,” says Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, PhD, assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School who studies yoga and meditation. The autonomic nervous system governs the body’s sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) responses, dialing functions like heart rate, respiration, and digestion up or down as necessary in response to potential threats. Learning how to breathe properly can control your mood and general overall health.
Kryia (Physical Postures)
Yoga asana or postures as we know them provide a “vehicle” to breathe correctly. Learn how to understand the therapeutic benefits of specific yoga postures through exploring asanas and their impact provides the best experience for developing mastery of the practice and teaching. Yoga asanas fall in 6 categories, and have specific effects on the body and mind. Learn to use the practice for your self awareness and to help others.
Chanting, Mantra and more
Mantra and chanting provide support for meditation.
